If you make a booking, we receive personal data about you, including identity and contact data, from our IHG booking system, Concerto, and property management system, Opera (owned by Oracle). We also receive personal data about you from third party booking sites such as TripAdvisor and Trivago if you book a room with us through third party bookers. If you are a member of IHG Rewards Club, we may receive your identity and contact data as part of your booking at the hotel.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
· Where we need to perform the contract we have with you for services you have booked at our hotel.
· Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• To process your booking, including managing a booking on our property management system and updating your rewards status. We will use your identity, contact and marketing data to do this. We will process this data for the purposes of fulfilling our contract with you and for our legitimate interests in recording the booking.
• To enable you to partake in a prize draw, competition or complete a survey. We will use your identity, contact, profile and marketing data for this. We will process the data in this way for our legitimate interest to help grow and develop our business and fulfil the services due to you.
• To administer and protect our business and this website. We will use your identity, contact and technical information for this.
